Whenever pregnant women contact us in early pregnancy asking for advice about what to do in order to experience a healthy and happy pregnancy, we recommend: eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, joining a HypnoBirthing class starting sometime between week 22-32, and doing Pregnancy Yoga.
Pregnancy Yoga can make all the difference in how you feel while pregnant. As your baby grows your body is constantly compensating to deal with the weight and changes. Pregnancy yoga will bring you back to a state of calm and comfort.

The practice is soft and gentle and suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
The main goal is to strengthen the body and to support it appropriately throughout pregnancy, as well as before and after birth.
